Eden Hill Conservancy
The Eden Hill Conservancy is a non-profit organization located in Huntingdon County, PA. Their mission is to "preserve, study, and educate the community about Eden Hill." The Eden Hill Conservancy holds conservation easements on two properties which total 217 acres. They're active in educating youth about nature and the environment and hold an annual outdoor nature study program for local first graders.

PA Chapter Sierra Club - Moshannon Group
The Sierra Club is America's oldest, largest, and most influential grassroots environmental organization. The Sierra Club promotes conservation by influencing public policy through grassroots activism, public education, lobbying, and litigation.
Ten different Groups make up the PA Chapter. The Black Moshannon Group serves Bedford, Blair, Cameron, Centre, Clearfield, Elk, Huntingdon, Jefferson, Juniata, McKean, and Mifflin counties. Groups sponsor many activities for their members such as hiking, backpacking, caving, biking, and service opportunities at local parks.
The Moshannon Group addresses and advocates for many local issues relating to conservation. They are currently addressing issues such as Marcellus Shale Drilling, the health of the Allegheny National Forest, and a proposed Centre County landfill. Their most recent and notable success is the preservation of Spring Creek Canyon.
